Financial Assistance

Villa San Ramon has a limited low-income housing program for both their assisted and independent living communities. The California Housing Finance Agency and the City of San Ramon help finance this program, in which seniors must financially qualify to participate. It offers beautifully appointed apartments primarily consisting of studios and one bedroom units. There is an attendant service package available that includes excellent meals, scheduled local transportation, housekeeping services, special events and planned activities, as well as levels of personal care for assisted living.
