During the summer of 1992, partners Dan Shellooe and Durwin Shepson fulfilled a nine-year dream and opened Villa San Ramon. Highly regarded and respected in the senior care industry, Villa San Ramon is known to many as one of the most elegant, dynamic, yet peaceful senior residences of its kind.

As partners in the development, and day to day on-site operation of Villa San Ramon, Dan and Durwin bring years of diversified complementary experience to the Villa. Dan's background in banking and real estate combined with Durwin's financial acumen offer residents, families and staff the solid foundation of security, comfort and knowledge needed to lead an organization dedicated to providing a standard of care unmatched in the senior care industry.

The creation, development and daily management of Villa San Ramon are life goals for Durwin and Dan.
